The National Police confirmed that two people who were inside a vehicle were killed in the south of Quito. The victims have bullet wounds in their body. The violent act was registered at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, on Paulina Hernández and S-40 streets, in the Ibarra citadel sector.
Enrique Bautista, deputy commander of Quito, confirmed the news to LA HORA. He pointed out that specialized Criminalistics personnel carried out the removal of the bodies and at the moment evidence was collected.
