In the government of the State of Mexico, she has been a member of the cabinet of two governors, with Eruviel Ávila Villegas as Secretary of Labor and with the current president, Alfredo Del Mazo Maza, in 2017 she was Secretary of Economic Development.
He has been the leader of the PRI in the state for three different periods, and in that position he was held in the 2021 elections, where the tricolor regained the government of 51 municipalities and 13 districts. In 2009, she was mayor of Cuautitlán Izcalli, in 2012 she was a federal deputy, and today she is a state legislator.
