Organizations march in support of President Castillo and closure of Congress in Tacna

Hundreds of members of grassroots social organizations participated today in a march in Tacna in support of the President of the Republic Pedro Castillo Terrones, considering that democracy and the stability of the country are at risk.

“That democracy be respected and that its term ends as it should, the truth is that we are against Congress, why? because in recent years he has only dedicated himself to following the presidents and ministers, however there is no work, there are no laws that favor society that we are practically forgotten about”, Complained the resident Elizabeth Marca Astete.

Accusations until there is no evidence

He said that the corruption that surrounds certain congressmen who only seek their interests is being uncovered, such as the case of those from Acción Popular known as Los Niños.

Regarding the accusations of corruption against the government of Pedro Castillo, he said that as long as there is no evidence or his participation is proven, they do not exist, they are only mere accusations.

The march began in the Túpac Amaru oval, continued along Leguía avenue, then Patricio Meléndez and San Martín, until it culminated in the Paseo Cívico.
