The governor Nicholas Maduro ordered a “shocking and profound” review of all laws and the structure of the State to strengthen the communal power.
“I order the partner George Arreaza, minister of the communes, comply with this presidential order”, he emphasized, this Thursday, October 20.
He also instructed on the rescue of the state bank to meet financing plans for the communes.
From the El Maizal commune, in the state of Lara, the president said that a work table should be formed to simplify the mechanisms and communal laws.
At the same time, informed that the Federal Council of Government approved 46 million 282 thousand 945 bolivars, resources that will be destined for 473 socio-productive projects of the communal power.
In his speech, Maduro stressed that 2023 will be the year of the communes. He insisted that commune is equal to Bolivarian socialism: “commune or nothing.”
«The axis of Bolivarian socialism is territorial socialism, communal socialism, commoner, from the new relations of production. Produce for the needs of the community and surrounding communities », he said.
He insisted that all are due to territorial socialism. “We must radicalize ourselves, and that means going to the root of our essence as the Simón Bolívar National Project, as part of the dreams of the different generations that broke in and opened the paths for the country to rebuild itself as it has done,” he stressed.
The president led a working day dedicated to the 10th Anniversary of the “Coup of the Rudder” of former President Hugo Chavez, when he called for strengthening communal power. Regarding this, the president referred that, after winning the October 2012 elections, Chávez spoke of a counter-march of the revolution.
“Here is Chavéz because here are his dreams, his ideas, his hopes, his smile, the great sun of Homeland is here,” he asserted.
For Maduro, the revolution has to be remade, “reborn like the phoenix in the very bowels of the country.”
In this way, this Thursday, he indicated: “We are closing a cycle and we are ready to go to a new stage of transition to socialism towards 2030 and beyond.”
The government reported that the cThe socialist community El Maizal, from where Nicolás Maduro broadcast, has 14 food production units that include corn planting, cattle raising, and cheese and milk production. They assure that, since 2010, more than 20 million kilos of corn have been produced there.
