“The Supreme Court of Preparatory Investigation schedules for Thursday, October 27 at 10:00 a.m. the hearing on the protection of rights presented by the defense of President Pedro Castillo, investigated for the crime of criminal organization and others,” the Judiciary said in a statement to through their social networks.
Likewise, it specifies that with this resource, the lawyer Benji Espinoza asks that the constitutional complaint formulated by the National Prosecutor be declared null and void, due to an alleged affectation of effective jurisdictional protection.
