The truck carrying the Clap bags collided with a Gran Cheroke driven by Juan Freites (39), who is the fourth fatal victim.

Neighbors reported the incident to the authorities, as a result of which agents from the Bolivarian National Police and Civil Protection arrived at the site to attend to the contingency.

The bodies were taken to the forensic medicine of the “José Francisco Torrealba” hospital located in Altagracia de Orituco.
