Four people died in a crash on Tuesday night between two vehicles traveling through La Hondanada de Ipare, José Tadeo Monagas municipality (Altagracia de Orituco), Guárico, according to police sources.
Three of the deceased were street leaders, a structure designed by the PSUV to address the problems in Venezuelan communities. Precisely, these people moved the Clap bags to the town of San Francisco de Macaira (Guárico), in a Ford 350 driven by Ramón Eduardo Reverón (29), who died on the spot.
Minerva Giménez (34) and Glenis Bandres (50), also deceased, were also traveling in that truck.
The truck carrying the Clap bags collided with a Gran Cheroke driven by Juan Freites (39), who is the fourth fatal victim.
Neighbors reported the incident to the authorities, as a result of which agents from the Bolivarian National Police and Civil Protection arrived at the site to attend to the contingency.
The bodies were taken to the forensic medicine of the “José Francisco Torrealba” hospital located in Altagracia de Orituco.
