Dollar in Colombia opens the day above $4,800

The foreign currency continues with upward pressures that increase the devaluation of the Colombian peso. The dollar in the Colombian market continues to reach new historical records.

This October 19, the currency showed a historic rise at the start of the day. At this time on Wednesday (8:36 am) it registers an average trading price of $4,818.11, 74.04 pesos above the representative market rate (TRM) of the day ($4,744.04)

In fact, the TRM on this day is the highest that has been recorded in history.

According to the Stock Exchange, the foreign currency reported an opening price of $4,800 and is now trading at a maximum price of $4,833 and a minimum price of $4,800.
