Del Castillo asked that "the governor of Santa Cruz, along with his henchmen" reflect and let the people of Santa Cruz work

“Hopefully the Governor of Santa Cruz, along with his henchmen can reflect and can let the entire people of Santa Cruz work, which is, unfortunately, once again, under the uncertainty because of these Gentlemen,” said Minister Eduardo Del Castillo, regarding the strike demanded by the census in 2023, which is scheduled to start on Saturday 22.

At a press conference, Del Castillo stated that the right to protest is respected, but when “the rights of third parties are violated, such as (with) the use of explosive devices, homemade weapons and trespassing on public property or private property, we need to restrict these rights.”

“The violence is being generated by the ministers, wanting to come to unblock. Do absolutely nothing against the people, because everything that happens It will be clearly the fault of the President and these two ministers (Del Castillo and Édgar Montaño), who are unaware of the feeling and the fighting soul of the Santa Cruz,” Camacho said when leaving the meeting with leaders of neighborhood councils, who joined in supporting the strike on October 22.
