This Monday the 17th, the traditional Night of the Torches was held in La Paz (Cologne), in the year of the 167th anniversary of the founding of the town, and the President of the Republic, Luis Lacalle, and the Mayor Carlos Moreira.

On the afternoon of this Tuesday the 18th, the Mayor of Soriano, Guillermo Besozzi, inaugurated a cold chamber for the collection of fish from artisanal workers of the river. And this instance, around 3:00 p.m., was also attended by the President of the Republic, Luis Lacalle.
