Deputies enlist ruling on Income and Rights Laws 2023

Meanwhile, due to the arrival of income from the sale of goods and provision of services by Pemex and CFE, it is expected that another 1.2 billion pesos will arrive, of which 826,492 million pesos (mdp) will be generated by the oil firm. Also due to transfers from the Mexican Oil Fund, 487,742 million pesos are expected for 2023.

Another 1.2 trillion pesos will arrive from the contracting of debt, of which it is expected that 100% will be due to internal indebtedness of the federal government.

On this occasion, the Economic Package 2023 does not have the document usually known as Fiscal Miscellaneous, and which contains changes for the collection of taxes.

According to opposition representatives, the PT, PRI and PAN blocs will present reservations tomorrow so that the ruling is discussed in plenary.

Meanwhile, with 23 votes in favor; 18 against and zero abstentions, the opinion to issue the Rights Law was approved in the Commission. Both opinions must be voted on in the plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies, to subsequently pass to commissions in the Chamber of Senators and the plenary session, the deadline for approval is the last day of October.
