The main emblematic high schools of the Metropolitan region will have telematic classes for Tuesday, October 18, within the framework of the third anniversary of the social outbreak. Some venues will extend this modality for more than one day and even for the rest of the week.
According to slogan Third, the National Institute will have remote classes from Monday, October 17 to Friday, October 21. This was instructed by the Municipal Education Directorate (DEM) of Santiago.

The Application Lyceum will follow the same modality for October 17, 18 and 19. From the establishment they communicated that attendance at these classes is not mandatory.
The Barros Arana National Boarding School (INBA) will also have virtual classes, also for October 17, 18 and 19. “We expect the maximum understanding of these measures that protect the safety of all students and workers of the establishment and ensuring that classes are carried out in their entirety”, they pointed out from the rectory.
According to the Santiago DEM, the modality will apply, among others, to the Teresa Prats Lyceum (October 18), Isaura Dinator de Guzmán (17 and 18), Liceo 1 (18), Swiss Confederation (18 and 19), Barros Borgoño (17, 18 and 19) and Insuco (18).
On the other hand, the Liceo Darío Salas will have face-to-face classes all week. Of course, on the 17th and 18th they will leave at 1:05 p.m.
In Providencia, the Liceo Lastarria is under occupation. The general assembly of campus students renewed the decision, by vote, on October 14. “Classes from 7th to 4th grade continue to be suspended until further notice. Basic education from kindergarten to 6th grade continues its classes normally,” they indicated last week.
The Carmela Carvajal Lyceum has three weeks of online classes, from eighth grade onwards. For the moment, that modality will not change.
