Once again, the issue of beaches and tourists in Cartagena is in the forefront, this time, through a video, the case of two foreigners who are visiting the Heroica, who They denounced that they were victims of sexual harassment by a subject known as ‘El Contradodo’, who, according to the complaint, inappropriately touched the two women.
The victims indicated that the subject was harassing them all day, so they had to stay in the sea to avoid running into him, they point out that this subject went around the place several times to wait for them to come out.

“There is a dark-haired man they call ‘El Contradodo’, who was trying to hug me and I told him I didn’t want to be with him that I didn’t like him. I pressed his penis against my body, I felt very uncomfortable. She was following us all day, we had to stay in the sea all the time because we couldn’t get out, ”said one of the victims.
The Secretary of the Interior and Citizen Coexistence of Cartagena, Ana María González, pointed out that they are already aware of the case, which was confirmed by the Community Council of the island of Punta Arena.

“The president of the Community Council explained to us that, apparently, he is a person who has been in charge of doing this type of thing, who is not from the community, he is someone from outside (Cali)”, said the official.
The official indicated that they are looking for the tourists to file a formal complaint with the competent authority. and proceed with the capture of the person in charge who is already fully identified.
