The Police at the service of the Daniel Ortega regime summoned El Chipote, “immediately”, to Felix Adolfo Diazdriver of the spokesman for the Supreme Court of Justice of Nicaragua (CSJ), Roberto Larios Melendezarrested on the night of Saturday, October 15 and currently being held in the Judicial Assistance Directorate (DAJ) in Managua.
“In accordance with the provisions of article 230, numeral two of the Criminal Procedure Code (CPP), Félix Adolfo Díaz Gradiz is summoned (…) to appear before the homicide department for the purpose of an interview”, details part of the police summons dated October 15, and to which he had access Article 66.

He also mentions that the “interview” will be in “El Nuevo Chipote”, a detention center where Larios has been detained for more than 24 hours. The summons is signed by the commissioner general Luis Alberto Perez Olivas, head of the Directorate of Judicial Assistance.
According to information provided to this media outlet, Félix Adolfo Díaz, in addition to being a driver for Larios for almost three years, is a worker for the Judiciary.
Diaz’s appointment was made on the same day that the director general of the CSJ Communications area and a faithful follower of the Daniel Ortega regime was arrested.
A source revealed that tomorrow, Monday, October 17, “Díaz will appear at Nuevo Chipote” for the “interview” for which he was summoned.
Larios’s arrest is unknown
Although so far the causes of Roberto Larios’s arrest are officially unknown, according to the digital media 100% Noticias, the arrest originated after he made comments “about the mistreatment received by political prisoners in the prisons of the dictatorship.” .
Other sources have revealed that on Friday, October 14, police agents arrived at the headquarters of the Supreme Court of Justice and searched Larios’s office and later arrested him at his home.
After learning of the arrest of Larios, it has been reported that there is a “division” in the CSJ regarding the judicial processes against opponents.

The actions against Larios come after revealing the dismissals of Katia Jaentschke, daughter of the former vice chancellor and current Minister Counselor at the Embassy of Costa Rica, Valdrack Jaentschke, and former diplomat Ruth Tapia Roa, from the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ).
