The Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) confirmed this Sunday that in three voting precincts recorded drawbacks with the printing of the ballots, where those impressions are tripled.
Andres Navarroin his capacity as a member of the Organizing Committee of the Consultation on Presidential Candidates (Conap) of PLDindicated that as in the Ramón Matías Mella school in Villa Mella incidents were also reported in Hacienda Estrella and La Victoria.
According to Navarro, the incidents are around the bad installation of printers in the consultation centers.

All those attempts accumulated in the computer and, when they discovered that it was the printer that was badly connected, when connecting it, the printer carried out all the attempts that had been established on paper, “he explained.
Laughing, he said: “The strange thing would be that these ballots were from different applicants when only one was marking“.
These ballots were canceled and deleted from the system and the equipment that was giving the error was preceded to be reset.
“It was reset and then the zero act was generated to, in front of all the representatives of the applicants, demonstrate that the system was totally clean and the voting began,” said Andrés Navarro.
He said that the confusion has been duly clarified by the commission, the technicians and that these centers are working normally.
