Nail 1,493 ecstasy pills and more than half a kilo of the same substance in crystal form that were hidden inside two thermoses inside a parcel were kidnapped in the province of Misiones, sources from the Argentine National Gendarmerie (GNA) reported this Saturday.
The package had been intercepted on September 30 from a transport belonging to a company dedicated to sending parcels, and this Friday the members of the “El Arco” Road Safety Section, dependent on the GNA’s 50 “Posadas” Squadron, received the authorization of the Federal Court of Posadas to proceed with the opening.

When opening the box in the presence of witnesses, the gendarmes found two thermoses covered with aluminum foil and, inside one of them, two bags with 1,493 pills and in the other a package with 513 grams of a compact yellow substance.
Subsequently, it was carried out Narcotest field testwhose result was positive for ecstasy in pill form and in crystal form, with a total weight of 1 kilo 357 grams.
The intervening judge ordered the seizure of the drug found.
