The Criminal Court ordered preventive detention for two cousins ​​and a teenager, accused of gang raping a minor under 11 years of age, in the district of Sapallanga, province of Huancayo.

The accused Alexis Poma Aguirre (20) and his cousin Elías Ramos Aguirre (20), received 9 months of preventive detention by the Second Preparatory Investigation Court of the Violence Against Women and Members of the Family Group Module.

While the 16-year-old adolescent received two months of preventive detention by the Family Court. For this reason, the cousins ​​were confined in the Huancayo prison and the minor interned in the El Tambo Youth Rehabilitation Center.
