Judge Raúl Justiniano rejected the request for an impediment to leave the country against the first lady, Lilia Paredes, requested by the Public Ministry. In this way, the president’s wife will have certain restrictions and must pay a security of S / 10,000.
Within the list of restrictions that Paredes Navarro must comply with are submit to monthly control by the Public Ministry and report their activities; not be absent from the locality in which you reside without prior judicial authorization; not go to the Ministries of Housing and Transportation or to the municipalities of Chapín, Anguía, Cajatambo and Chachapoyas; and not communicate between those investigated, except for those who are related.
Along with this request, the restricted appearance of the first lady’s brothers was also issued, David and Walter Paredes, who are investigated for the alleged crimes of criminal organization and money laundering. Both must meet the same requirements as the wife of peter castle and, added to this, they will not be able to visit the Government Palace.
As is known, according to the fiscal hypothesis, the first lady would have been the coordinator of a criminal organization in charge of fraudulently awarding public works to benefit businessmen and mayors.
Lilia Paredes could receive a sentence of up to 10 years
