Daniel Radio will participate in a discussion in Chile, called Regulation of Cannabis in Uruguay, together with parliamentarians from that country.
There he will also attend the second edition of the THC Expo Hemp Village 2022, which will take place at the Mapocho Station Cultural Center, in the capital Santiago, between October 14 and 16. The event is organized by the National Drug Secretariat of that nation and will deal with regulatory advances in South America.
Visit to Mexico
The secretary of the National Drug Board will also attend the fourth edition of the activity Cannamexico Worldwhich will take place between October 17 and 22 in Guanajuato.
This two-day international event will offer a wide spectrum of information, networking and opportunities in the cannabis industry. In addition, leading companies from the science, research, finance, medicine, government, technology, innovation, agriculture and entrepreneurship sectors, among others, will meet. Likewise, they will discuss legality and regulation, medicine and science, multilateral experience and market opportunity.
Uruguay will deliver the inaugural conference and others will be held later, as well as panels and talks with experts from Canada, the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Jamaica, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Cuba , El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and our country.
The hierarch expressed that efforts will be made to demonstrate the challenges of the continent with respect to the legislative aspect of cannabis. He considered that legislation should be reviewed and mentioned that Uruguay has been a pioneer on the subject.
