“Currently, brands are facing a more demanding consumer, who seeks and becomes loyal to those companies that are concerned about providing care that adapts as much as possible to their lifestyle and preferences; Currently, people already identify the brands that have a record of each movement of their buyers and that show them that they are capable of recognizing them regardless of the sales channel they prefer at the moment, ”he commented.
For its part, the Peruvian Electronic Chamber of Commerce (Capece) specified that e-commerce in the country is registering an upward trend, so that at the end of 2021, 41.8% of Peruvians bought online.
