The Republican candidate for the government of the state of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas, said today (14), in the capital of São Paulo, that he will prioritize in his government, if elected, the training of young people for their first job. He stated that he intends to offer the necessary tools so that they can access the job market.
“I want to see young employees accessing job vacancies, especially in the high-tech sector, where jobs are being left over today. Talents need to be developed,” he highlighted. “You cannot have young people leaving high school with low proficiency in Portuguese and mathematics. I am very concerned about the future of young people,” he added.

The candidate said again that, if elected, his secretariat will be technical. “I’m giving clues on how my secretariat can be, because the team that is putting together my government plan is technical. If elected, I will set up a technical secretariat and people who are working on building the plan will be with me,” he said.
Tarcísio’s adviser informed, earlier this evening, that, due to family issues, the candidate will not have a public agenda during the weekend.
