It is that this Friday a group of 20 people appeared at the headquarters of the Ombudsman to publicize the irregularities due to excessive charges for tickets on mass transport routes in the northern area.
Clarissa Martínez, deputy ombudsman, attended the group of users, who expressed the existence of tariffs not approved by the Land Transit and Transportation Authority (ATTT), in the area of Panama-North and pointed out the importance it has for their union the figure that represents the users, which is pending to be chosen.
“Our institution will work hand in hand with the users to learn about the problem at different points through the Regional Office in Panama-North, for which in the next few days there will be a report to submit it to the corresponding authority,” said the Deputy to the Advocate.
