At Cisco, number 3 on the list, resilience training has helped employees feel supported to grow and take risksyou. The mindfulness-based program, ‘Mind Set’, teaches participants cognitive strategies to increase mental toughness and drive creative thinking.

Across the 25 winning organizations, more employees on average said they are paid fairly, at 75%. Additionally, more employees also reported fair promotions.
