At Cisco, number 3 on the list, resilience training has helped employees feel supported to grow and take risksyou. The mindfulness-based program, ‘Mind Set’, teaches participants cognitive strategies to increase mental toughness and drive creative thinking.

Across the 25 winning organizations, more employees on average said they are paid fairly, at 75%. Additionally, more employees also reported fair promotions.

At DHL, number 1 on the list, they conducted a survey of employees, in which they gathered 1,600 responses in more than 34 languages. Almost all employees (94%) said that DHL promotes diversity and an inclusive environment.
