A follow-up meeting for the Bancos Vigilantes program, with a view to coordinating joint actions against criminal modalities, was held by the General Director of the National Police, John Dornheim, and the members of the Security Commission of the Banking Association.
“It is about teamwork and holding these continuous meetings allows us to know the strengths and weaknesses, and fine-tune the strategies that are developed,” said the Director General of the National Police, John Dornheim.
For his part, the president of the Security Commission of the Banking Association, Duany Blanco, stressed that the Police are an unconditional ally for the banking sector, guiding them in aligning criteria on security protocols, preparing to detect criminal modalities and providing clients with adequate service.
Currently, 97 banking entities are part of the Bancos Vigilantes program maintained by the National Police nationwide.
