The demand for care and transfer services for patients in emergency situations, due to traffic accidents and other risk conditions in the province of Coclé, has increased, especially in areas of difficult access; For this reason, the Regional Health Department held a working day with the Meritorious Fire Department, the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc), the Social Security Fund (CSS) and the company Cobre Panamá.
According to the authorities, the objective of this approach is to strengthen the inter-institutional coordination system, so that, in this way, the security forces can provide the population with a quality service, quickly, efficiently and responsibly; keeping in mind, saving the life of the person, which is our priority.
