The Nation’s prosecutor, Patricia Benavides, presented this Tuesday afternoon the announced constitutional complaint against the president peter castle for the alleged crime of criminal organization, among others.
The complaint also includes the fugitive former Minister of Transportation, John Silvaas well as the former minister Geiner Alvarado.
The complaint was filed at 4:47 pm through the table of parts of Parliament.
The presentation of the complaint occurs on the same day that preliminary arrests and different raids are carried out in the framework of the investigations against Castillo’s collaborators.
The detainees are: Abel Cabrera Fernández, Salatiel Marrufo Alcántara, Auner Vásquez Cabrera, Biberto Castillo and León Eder Viton Burga, accused of being part of the ‘shadow cabinet’.
