The Migration Superintendency reported that it has issued an alert against the six Popular Action congressmen who have been implicated in the case ‘The children‘ and against whom the prosecution ordered the search of their offices and homes on Tuesday, October 11.
“Migration informs that at 9:13 am it has issued the informative migratory alert against the congressmen identified by the press as ‘Los Niños’”reported through social networks.

The entity ruled after the Congressional Oversight Commission made the express request for this red alert to be issued, not only against the six Popular Action legislators, but also against the owner of the Sarratea house, Segundo Sánchez Sánchez.
Against the latter, as well as against five others investigated, a preliminary detention has been ordered for a period of ten days from the Judicial Power at the request of the Public Ministry.
Sánchez Sánchez and other former advisers to Pedro Castillo are being investigated for alleged crimes of criminal organization, bribery and other crimes for being considered part of a “shadow cabinet.”
