The official maintained that these drivers are not required to work and that if these places become vacant they can be filled by those who are looking for work.
“They can decide not to drive, even if they want, I come and receive their licenses, also at the office, and I receive them all on commission, in a caravan or however they want, because they are not obliged. Now, they cannot force illegalities and bad behaviors attentive to this type of attitude, that is neither this country nor anyone else can accept it from anyone in that sense, ”he said.

They can not work, because they are not obligated, they can do any other type of service, they can be mechanics, they can be anything, they can make the decision they want and I am sure that those jobs will be filled by other people who do they are looking for work and may have the same skills as them,” he said.
