The Panamanian Government appointed Janaina Tewaney as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, replacing Erika Mouynes.
According to the Presidency, the appointment will be effective from the date.
Through a statement detailing Tewaney’s academic and professional achievements, the reasons for Erika Mouynes’s departure from the Foreign Ministry were not disclosed.
