Santo Domingo. – The Ibero-American Social Security Organization (OISS) signed two “Framework Agreements” for technical collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and with the National Social Security Council (CNSS), respectively.
These agreements will allow the entities to develop research projects, training, studies and technical assistance.
It also seeks to carry out initiatives that allow progress in the development of joint projects, in the dissemination of knowledge, especially with regard to the internationalization of Social Security.
The first agreement was signed by the Minister of Labor and President of the CNSS, Luis Miguel De Camps García, and by the General Secretary of the OISS, Gina Riaño Barón.
While the second agreement was signed by the general manager of the CNSS, Edward Guzmán and in turn by Gina Riaño Barón.
The entities commit to the reciprocal exchange of publications of a socio-labour or economic nature that are published within the scope of their corresponding actions.
Likewise, the agreements establish advanced courses of a high academic level, studies, travel by experts, technical visits, seminars, symposiums and international colloquiums and the holding of joint editions.
The agreements have an initial duration of two years and will be considered automatically extended at the end of each calendar year. Incan that unless expressly reported by one of the two parties at least one month in advance.
Object of the Ministry of Labor and institutions
