In the opening playoffthe Brazilian Camilo Sanvezzo, Paraguayan Carlos Gonzalez and Marcel Ruiz scored for Toluca led by Mexican coach Ignacio ‘Nacho’ Ambriz, who finished sixth in the table in the regular phase; Juárez was eleventh in the standings.
