But because the institution is going through a crisis, Mario Abdo Benítez and his team chose to keep him in office. The crisis is related to the increase in the price of crude oil that negatively affects the cost of fuel for the local consumer.
“Very soon we will be leaving to dedicate ourselves to the campaign. Imagine if we go out now and a person comes who knows nothing and cannot take advantage of everything possible to acquire the cheapest fuel. It is very difficult for me to do my campaign because I leave at 7 in the afternoon and campaign until 1 in the morning. But I don’t think it will happen next week,” she commented.
Lichi is a candidate for governor of Cordillera for the Colorado ruling party “Republican Force”. At the beginning of September, Lichi announced that she would resign from the position to dedicate herself fully to her candidacy. However, almost 40 days have passed and the date remains unconfirmed.
