The president urged the grassroots to work in the coming years to consolidate a grassroots popular government that makes the Bolivarian Revolution irreversible.
«They must be the bases that promote the permanence of the Revolution and that revolution must end caudillismo and individualism. We have to form new values for leaders,” he said.
President Maduro pointed out that this goal is the most important for the coming months and years, “that the bases become a popular government.”
He insisted that the most important thing is that the communities become a grassroots popular government, government parties to really govern to make the Bolivarian revolution of the 20th century irreversible.
“We have to perfect the methods of popular government, that’s why we created the work manual for leaders,” he said.
Maduro instructed to continue training PSUV base teams and to continue disseminating the manual for the head of the street, community, and Bolívar-Chávez Battle Units (UBCH).
