The opposition leader of Venezuela Juan Guaido suffered a new aggression this Friday when the vvehicle in which he was traveling was attacked by alleged followers of Chavismo upon leaving a press conference in Anzoátegui state (east), his team denounced on Twitter.
The attackers, identified by the opposition as “government groups” They waited for Guaidó to leave a building in the town of Puerto La Cruzwhere he offered statements to the media, and attacked the vehicle in which he was traveling.

In the video broadcast by the team of Guaidó is observed how a group of people shout slogansThey throw water, blunt objects and hit the truck in which the anti-Chavista was traveling.
After the attack, the former opposition deputy toured various areas of the entity and assured that will stop his tour of the country, despite the violence against him.
“The violence carried out by a tiny group of supporters of the dictatorship will not prevent (Nicolás) Maduro from leaving power, much less will it stop the strength of the people. Venezuelan who wants unity and political change“, Said the opponent, quoted in a press release.
This is the third attack suffered by the former parliamentarian this week, as he has also been attacked on tours of the states Carabobo (north) and Sucre (east), as reported various opposition leaders.

This Sunday, Guaidó claimed to be the victim of “constant persecution” by the country’s security forces, posting a video on his Twitter account in which a moving vehicle following it.
