From the José María Vargas Sports Center, La Guaira state, the president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, swore in the 202 heads of UBCH, 3,664 street bosses and 690 community heads with their work teams.
There are 19 thousand 436 men and women who make up the PSUV structures in La Guaira, and who will work under the task of “organizing, uniting and adding”, based on the 2022-2030 cycle, in which community teams become multipliers of public policies.
«To always win together with the people, is the task. We are at the forefront of a legitimate leadership, which was formed in times of multidimensional war, is resilient and has turned problems into opportunities,” said José Alejandro Terán, a member of the PSUV board and Governor of La Guaira, during the swearing-in ceremony of the Party structure.
He detailed that the PSUV and social leaders have remained with the people, in the face of difficult times in the country, «now it is up to us leaders and communities to advance in every street and community, to deepen organization and training. There cannot be a revolution without a Party at the forefront, which indicates the path to follow to build the greatest amount of happiness for the people,” Terán said.
He emphasized that women and men, as well as the youth of Guaireña, have the great task of pointing the way to building the greatest welfare state, of great ideas, awakening the conscience of the people and deepening the human warmth of the Bolivarian revolution.
During the swearing-in, the first combatant of the Republic, Cilia Flores, was present; the first vice president of the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello; members of the PSUV board.
Carmen León, head of the UBCH of the Jesús Portillo school, Carlos Soublette parish, ratified the grassroots leadership, after being the most voted in her parish «the commitment is to continue with the community, I started as street chief and we know what is the need of our people, for which we must work».
It is expected that on this day the street, community and UBCH bosses, with their work teams, will physically receive the Manual of the Structure of the PSUV, so that the political orientations of the militancy in the context of the System of 1×10 of Good Government.
