The National Children’s Soccer Organization (ONFI) resolved to suspend all children’s soccer matches in Montevideo due to “serious acts of violence”.

The interruption will apply “until further notice” due to the “lack of guarantees necessary for the normal development of children’s football.” Finally, the entity warns that only “club sports activities within their own leagues” will be enabled.
