They deny an appeal against the sentence of 15 years in prison for alias “Marshall”

The Public Ministry reported on the morning of this Thursday, October 6, the denial by the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, of an appeal filed against the sentence of Eduardo Macea, alias “Marshall”.

It is worth mentioning that “Marshall” was sentenced to 15 years in prison as the author, for the crime against collective security in the form of aggravated possession of drugs, after he was apprehended on March 12, 2019 on the Amador Causeway after an exchange of fire.

In this event, weapons of war, pistols and ammunition, as well as drugs were seized in his apartment located in Amador, after a raid carried out by the judicial authorities.
