The Sixth Guarantee Court of Santiago issued this Wednesday the precautionary measure of partial house arrest for three students from the Application Liceo, who yesterday threw Molotov cocktails.
According to Radio Bio Bio, the Central North Prosecutor’s Office requested the precautionary preventive detention. However, the judge Juan Olivares he rejected it as excessive. In this way, the three middle school students (Matias Barahona19, and two other 17-year-olds) must serve partial house arrest and may attend classes.
