The President of the Congress of the Republic, Joseph Williams (Avanza País), called a plenary session for this Thursday, October 6, at 9:00 am in person at the Legislative Palace.
According to the agenda of this plenary session, it is planned to debate the bill that proposes to eliminate the request for a mandatory vote of confidence that all new ministerial cabinets must make within 30 days of being sworn in.

The opinion, which was approved in the Constitution Commission last February, contains projects 206, 306 and 612which were proposed by the groups of Fuerza Popular and Perú Libre.
In the same plenary session, it has been scheduled to evaluate the bill that intends to change the figure of effective collaboration. The opinion includes two initiatives that were approved by the Justice Commission and which bears the name “Law to Strengthen the Special Process of Effective Collaboration.”
Said substitute text proposes to modify articles 473, 476-A and 481-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure and article 409-B of the Penal Code, “in order to strengthen the special process by effective collaboration”.

The head of Parliament also summoned the Board of Spokespersons for this Wednesday, October 5, at 3:00 pm, one day before the aforementioned plenary session is held.
