This situation occurred on October 27, 2020 inside a farm located in the 5 de Julio sector, Samuel Darío Maldonado municipality, Táchira state.
According to the investigation, on October 28, 2020, the victim appeared before the Táchira State Police in that municipality to denounce that the night before, Chacón Clavel had taken him by force to another nearby farm to sexually abuse him. she.
When referred to the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences, it was found that the adolescent had a hematoma in the left mammary gland and genital lesions. product of sexual abuse of which he had been the object.
Due to this evidence, the man was apprehended that same day in the aforementioned farm to be left at the disposal of the Public Ministry. It is worth noting that, at the time of his arrest, the perpetrator provided an identity card number of another person.
