In a message posted on his account on the social network Twitter, Saab explained that teenagers They were arrested for “throwing from a bridge into the river, a dog tied by the neck and hip, to the point of almost suffocating him.”
In this sense, both adolescents will be charged with “harm to a foreign animal” and “do justice by their own hands,” Saab stressed.
