Generalized Pirevai: “The crisis is felt in the thriving sector in the interior of the country”

Hoy Paraguay

During his economic block on radio Universo / Nación Media, Lic. Gustavo Leite indicated that after a one-week tour of the interior of the country, the crisis in the thriving sector of the countryside and commerce is being felt. “I was with some friends in Encarnación and they told me that they are selling half of what they used to sell. The same in Ciudad del Este”, he indicated.

“The numbers we see, which seem to be cold figures, are reflected in less money in people’s pockets, and the pirevai (bad mood) that exists is even justified,” he added.

Leite pointed out that the public caught on to what is happening with this government a long time ago, being aware of the scandalous thefts that the authorities on duty intend to cover up with soap opera lines.

The former Minister of Industry and Commerce stressed that Paraguay needs a wave of reforms, in health, education, public transportation, etc. “We have a potential Paraguay that we need a good government,” he said.

“People are crying out for you to make the economy work,” he said, adding that he is proposing concrete measures to “take the bull by the horns” and improve the situation. He cited soft loans for those who want to start a business, eliminate bribes and reduce excessive bureaucracies.

The entrance Generalized Pirevai: “The crisis is felt in the thriving sector in the interior of the country” was first published in diary TODAY.
