Studying what we like, following our vocation or “passion” seems to be outdated in this 21st century; You have to be realistic and pragmatic and aim for careers in tune with the times: technology and science.
That is why a recent study by Anje has caused alarm, which has shown that traditional careers such as Law, Medicine, Scology, Administration, Accounting and Education continue to predominate in universities, with only 1% of students in technological careers. That we continue studying mostly traditional careers is certainly an expression of national deviation. The country must catch up with the times and move forward, and that implies planning as to which careers to promote and study. Careers with perspective and future, individual and national.
