President Nicolás Maduro assured this Monday, October 3, that more than a thousand educational establishments in Falcón state are being rehabilitated by the Community-Military Brigades for Education (Bricomiles) and assured that “Venezuela has an exemplary educational model.” During a transmission made from the Gran Colombia National Educational Unit, located in the El Cementerio sector of the Santa Rosalía parish, in Caracas, the president stressed that “this year 2022-2023 has to be the year of the great educational transformation of Venezuela” , while expressing his interest in the construction of sports high schools in the different states of the country.
Likewise, Maduro stressed that “we must finish the work of all the Bricomiles and start the Permanent Maintenance Manual” for the conservation of these spaces, although he did not give figures on rehabilitated institutions or in the restoration process.
