Antonio Cervantes “Kid” Pambelé is the living legend of Colombian boxing. The former Junior Welterweight world champion is one of the athletes who has given the country the most glory with his “iron fists”.

He held his 140-pound title for more than nine years in the 1970s and his name is written as one of the world’s leading figures in the sport of “flat noses.”

The man born in San Basilio de Palenque, Bolívar, today is 76 years old, an age at which he continues to be active since retirement, doing what he likes the most: “tuning his best shots.”

Precisely, his image from a gym hitting a pear with an excellent technique, although not with the same speed as before due to his advanced age, are viral on social networks.

“Pambe” as his fans affectionately call him, appears in the video wearing a shirt from the Colombian National Team, in shorts and tennis shoes and with the attitude of a champion.

“At my 76 years enjoying a healthy life,” reads the text placed in the recording uploaded to a Tik Tok account that apparently opened the two-time Junior Welterweight champion.
