After receiving criticism of the decision to censor the leak of the audio that compromises the president of the Judicial Council, Marvin Molina, the Minister of Justice, Iván Lima, said that everyone will be investigated the protagonists of the recording.
“The Vice Ministry of Transparency of the @MinJusticiaBol has a legal obligation to prosecute and investigate the complaint made against the president of the Council of the Judiciary and deputy Colque. It is a crime to ask that someone who does not deserve it be appointed as a conciliator, ”says a publication by Minister Lima on his account, @ivanlimamagne.
In the morning hours, the Minister of Justice had stated that the one who committed the greatest crime was deputy Colque that he leaked the audio of a conversation and that it was published in a distorted manner; but he made no reference to investigating Molina for the content of the conversation.
An audio was published over the weekend in which the conversation between Marvin Molina and deputy Gabriel Antonio Colque (MAS) is heard. In the same one requests suggestions of names so that they occupy positions in the justice. This Monday the Council of the Judiciary published a statement in which it admits the veracity of the audio, although it qualifies and indicates that it was manipulated.
The masista deputy is registered as Gabriel Antonio Colque in the Supreme Electoral Court; nevertheless, created accounts on social networks under the name of Boris Antonio Colque and the authorities took that name.
Colque made himself known in July 2021, when he and the senator from Cree, Henry Montero, staged a kick and punch fight in the middle of the Assembly session.
Returning to the subject of audio, the president of the Judicial Council appeared before the media in Sucre and said that the audio was doctored, though he didn’t say which part of the audio suffered alteration or what was really discussed with the MAS deputy.
Deputy Gabriel Antonio Colque, he is second plurinominal for Potosí and is a starter. This Thursday, the pro-government legislator turned off the corporate cell phone that was provided to him in the face of the avalanche of calls that he had from all the media.
Now, with the publication of Minister Lima, the investigation will be in charge of this office. The Ministry of Justice is already directly involved in another case that involves government authorities and the MAS. The first was the ‘narco letter’ denounced by the deputy Rolando Cuellar; then he intervened directly in investigating the scandal at ABC, and now he is also with the audio complaint.
