Presidential candidate Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) met with the campaign coordinator of the Brasil da Esperança Coalition, in São Paulo (SP), on Monday afternoon (3), to outline campaign strategies for the second round of the presidential elections, which take place on the 30th. 
Lula said that the second round will be a moment of greater debate between the candidates in dispute. “We are actually going to take advantage of the second round to hold the debate that it was not possible to hold in the first round. Especially because in the television debate there were a lot of people and it was very difficult to have the debate”, she said.
The candidate emphasized that now is the time to seek the support of all possible political forces. “Starting tomorrow, we are already campaigning. We still have some agreements to close, we have to talk to all the people in this country who didn’t vote with us in the first round. Now, the choice is not ideological. policies that have a vote, representation, political significance in the country”, he said.
Lula showed optimism with the final victory at the polls. “Right now, we are aware that 60% of the Brazilian people have rejected this government. For the first time, someone who holds the position of president loses in the first round. And he will lose worse in the second round because our distance will increase a lot”, he said. .
The candidate mentioned campaign banners, such as the climate and environmental issue, the fight against unemployment, the regulation of the world of work, defense of the Unified Health System (SUS), increase in Auxílio Brasil, and policies for women and the population. black will be reinforced during the second round.
