Banco Popular educates about cybersecurity

Banco Popular, as part of its actions in Cybersecurity Awareness Month, which began on October 1, will hold three virtual seminars.

These seminars will have educational content on cybersecurity and are intended to instruct different audiences on the best practices to function in the digital world.

In addition to these webinars, Banco Popular will be sharing valuable content, recommendations and advice with its customers and followers through its social networks, website and email, as part of its permanent educational initiative “Security Tracks”. The content of the first of the virtual workshops will be adapted to the reality of supplier companies of the bank itself and of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are clients of the financial organization. Likewise, webinars will be developed for clients of the young segment and for older adults who need to increase their digital culture. These information sessions will be held under registration the first three Tuesdays of the month of October, at 6:30 pm

At the same time on Tuesday 18, and in collaboration with the Pension Funds Administrator (AFP Popular), clients and members of both Grupo Popular companies will have the opportunity to attend the discussion “Are you browsing safely on the Internet? Learn to recognize the traps of which we can be victims in the digital world”, which will be held between Liliana Romero, manager of the Risk and Compliance Division, and certified human development coach Martha Beato, who will guide older people 55-year-olds who want to increase their digital skills.
