Municipal and Regional Elections 2022 | Rafael Lopez Aliaga Y Daniel Urresti the mayor of Lima fight vote by vote. The representative of Podemos Peru obtains 25.485%, while the candidate for Renovación Popular obtains 26.178%, according to a new report from ONPE at 80.972% of tally sheets.
According to the ONPE report, the Renovación Popular candidate remains in first place, while the representative of Podemos Peru has not managed to overcome the difference in votes.
They are followed by George Forsyth (Somos Peru) with 18.919%; Elizabeth León (Frente Esperanza) with 11,030% and Omar Chehade (Alliance for Progress) with 6,911%.
The list is completed by Gonzalo Alegría (Together for Peru) with 6.324%; María Elena Soto (Avanza País) with 3.658%; and Yuri Castro (Peru Libre) with 1,495%.
During the presentation of the first report on the 2022 Municipal and Regional Elections, the head of the ONPE, Piero Corvetto, indicated that the results would be updated every half hour.
Urresti and López Aliaga tie, according to Ipsos
According to 100% Ipsos quick count for América TV, there would be a tie between Daniel Urresti and Rafael López Aliaga. The two candidates have 25.9% support.
George Forsyth (18.8%), Elizabeth León (10.3%), Omar Chehade (7.2%), Gonzalo Alegría (6.6%), María Elena Soto (3.6%) and Yuri Castro ( 1.7%).
