Enacom will deliver 1,500 tablets for students of primary schools in Tigre

The National Communications Entity (Enacom) will deliver this Monday at the Arsat headquarters 1,500 tablets for students of primary schools in Tigre as part of the Connecting with You Programwas officially reported this Sunday.

The Connecting with You Program “promotes equitable access to ICT devices with the aim of facilitating insertion, integration and social development through the use of Technologies Information and Communications” and “has a total of 140,000 tablets and a budget of 3,500,000 pesos”.

“With the purpose of include Argentines who, as a result of inequality, do not have access to a devicethe program is intended to benefit those people who receive pensions, retirement and social plans,” Enacom said in a statement.

The 1,500 tablets will be delivered this Monday at the headquarters of the telecommunications company located at 7934 General Juan Domingo Perón Avenue in the Buenos Aires city of Benavidez.

The delivery of the devices will be headed by the president of Enacom, Claudio Ambrosini, together with the president of AySA, Malena Galmarini; the president of Arsat, Facundo Leal; the Enacom Chief of Staff, Ariel Martínez, and the Enacom General Coordinator of Technical Affairs, Diego Leiva.
