Botafogo stumble
Botafogo, who lost 1-0 to Petrolina in a match played at the Joaquim de Morais Filho stadium, in Taubaté, was threatened with classification. The only goal of the match came from Popó’s feet.
With the stumble, Alvinegro was in the vice-leadership of Group 14 with 3 points, one less than the leader Taubaté, precisely the opponent of General Severiano’s team in the last round of the first phase.
